Canal living in a raw upcoming bubbly area: this performance portrays a fictional real estate agent and his future project “Het Waterzicht”, set to open on the lot A7.2 at the NDSM—current location of the Door Open Space.

Het Waterzicht was performed as a part of BULB BUBBLE BURST, a collective 40.5 hour piece around cycles of value that manifests in the form of two mirrored tribunes, gazing into each other. Sandberg Instituut Graduation Exhibition 2024. In collaboration with Djina Bruine de Bruin, Enno Pötschke, Lucas de Montalembert, Nina Blume, Pavle Mijuca, Robin Vandenbussche, Tal Stadler, Vinzenz Leutenegger, Zhiyi Cao.
